I hereby waive any claim I may have or hereafter acquire against the Sponsors, the Miss SCV Scholarship Program and staff, the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce, or the Castaic Chamber of Commerce, for any possible injuries or damages suffered by me on my trip to and from the contest, during my stay at the contest, or in any preliminary publicity sessions on behalf of the contest, and throughout the year (including rehearsals, Chamber mixers, parades, events, etc.) I understand if I am under the age of 18 years that I must have an adult chaperon with me at all of my engagements throughout the year.
